2022 Creators of success

For this 8th edition, 15 teams proposed innovative projects in 5 categories. The 5 Top Successes 2022 that received the most votes from the jury and were revealed at the awards ceremony on December 7 are:

Home & motor: Désensibilisation au risque inondation (Groupama Assurances Mutuelles, Groupama Supports et Services and the regional mutuals)
Savings, Retirement & Health: Groupama social impact debt (Groupama Asset Management)
Agriculture, Professionals & Enterprises: Prosecure (Groupama Loire Bretagne)
New Working Methods: AGORA (Groupama Assurances Mutuelles Groupama Supports et Services Groupama Nord Est, Groupama d’Oc, Groupama Paris Val de Loire, Gan Assurances)
Employee commitment: CSR ambassadors (Groupama Asigurari – Romania)

During the ceremony, a “Coup de Cœur” prize, chosen by the employees, was also awarded to the project “Agir pour la prévention des salariés en entreprise” (Groupama Loire Bretagne and Groupama Rhône-Alpes Auvergne)

A prize for the POCAIMON challenge (Process Optimization Conceived by Artificial Intelligence for MONey) was awarded to UnderwrAIte (Gan Assurances).
