The aim of this project is to retain and expand the portfolio of mass affluent customers by reinvigorating the customer relationship with a value proposition that meets their needs and expectations.

Our objective is to become the go-to provider for mass affluent customers.

Gan Patrimoine Le Club is an ecosystem of innovative services which sets it apart from competitors’ customer recognition programmes. Le Club customers receive:

– priority access to expert advice (notaries, tax lawyers, etc.)

– financial bonuses to reward their loyalty

– preferential restricted-access offers

– a mobile app called “Gan Patrimoine & Moi”, the only one of its kind in the Group

– proactive support on the key tax and asset dates in the year

– a Premium Customer Relations Department with expert tele-advisors

How it works:

All our customers meeting the Gan Patrimoine customer portfolio segmentation criteria are automatically members of Le Club, and receive the programme’s benefits.

Special publicity is sent to these customers by means of an ambitious and steadily-paced contact plan, produced jointly by the GGVie and Gan Patrimoine marketing teams. They are contacted to welcome them into Le Club, and to show them how to receive their six exclusive benefits.

In addition to offering a unique ecosystem of six benefits, the teams have developed a disruptive mobile application called “Gan Patrimoine & Moi” with exclusive expert content for our Le Club customers. This app is unique owing to: a completely new design, with detailed display of how different policies are performing, expert content and custom notifications.
