Groupama launches its internal training program #BST2.0!

The overall aim of the programme is to promote the development of existing talents and to mobilize these talents for the Group. It is a project co-managed by Group HR and International Department of GMA. The training is intended for experts or managers of all professions, in France and abroad.

The program includes:

• Development of personal leadership skills
• Individual coaching
• Webinars
• Mentoring by senior executives or managers from different entities than the participants
• Peer-to-peer learning.

In total, the participants will have 11 collective sessions (1 session per month) with different themes.  As well as 3 individual coaching sessions with a coach from emlyon, and at least 4 meetings with their mentor over the course of 11 months.
