The Groupama Group has been awarded the ChooseMyCompany / Employees® certification in the Gold category, for both France and internationally.
The ChooseMyCompany / Employees® award is based on the excellent results of our Groupe 2025 employee survey. It attests the quality of workplace relations, as directly expressed by the Group’s employees through employee engagement of 83% and a recommendation rate of 82%.
France’s best employers 2026 ChooseMyCompany®
In line with its sustainability commitments and strategy, Groupama launched a programme in early 2024 to have its companies certified under AFNOR’s “Engagé RSE” label. As at 31 May 2026, 16 of the Group’s entities had been successfully certified, including 2 at the “Exemplary” level and 14 at the “Confirmed” level. Furthermore, 6 will be assessed in 2026.
Valid for three years, the label sets strict requirements and assesses more than 50 criteria to evaluate the social, environmental and economic impacts of our activities. The ‘Engagé RSE’ label covers the seven core issues of ISO 26000: governance, human rights, work relations and conditions, environment, ethical practices, consumer questions, and communities and local development.
The ‘Engagé RSE’ certification is awarded following an in-depth on-site assessment carried out by an independent assessor. We are then challenged to drive our own improvement, as a reassessment takes place within 18 months of first obtaining the certification.
