Career

A graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l’Administration Economique, and a member of the Institut des Actuaires Français, Olivier Péqueux began his career as Commissaire Contrôle at the Autorité de Contrôle des Assurances et Mutuelles. He then held various positions at the French Budget Department and the Ministry of Solidarity, Health and the Family.

In 2005, he joined the Group as Technical and Accounting Director of Gan Patrimoine. In 2007, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Groupama Paris Val de Loire.

On March 1, 2011, he joined the international management team and became deputy managing director in charge of finance, audit and actuarial for the company set up as a joint venture with the Avic group in China, before becoming deputy managing director for insurance and development in July 2014. In September 2015, he became Managing Director of Groupama Avic in China. In 2018, Olivier Péqueux became Director of International Subsidiaries. He takes up the title of Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Groupama Assurances Mutuelles on September 1, 2020.
