"Groupama Group has made a strong statement by launching Groupama Campus in fully renovated buildings, drawing on agile and open methods right from the start, to create a pleasant working environment. This highlights the Group's strategic ambitions and its willingness to keep innovating" - Thierry Martel, CEO of Groupama

The Campus project consists in grouping together 3,500 employees from eight different companies on a campus in Nanterre, between September 2017 and the start of 2021. The aim is to create an area for sharing experiences and pooling expertise, while promoting inter-company knowledge, cross-functionality and teamwork, with the aim of increasing efficiency.

The group has demonstrated this willingness through the measures it has taken to set up this project as well as through the modern and digital means that are made available to employees on a daily basis:

  • Involving employees in the choice of furniture (through a survey and work groups), developing a digitalised solution to share thoughts on “living together”, organising interactive welcome mornings, etc.
  • Proximity of managers, technology and connectivity in all buildings, smartphones and applications (swipe cards, room booking, canteen, etc.) for all employees, co-working and social areas, remote working, surveys and meetings to assess employee satisfaction, etc.

Groupama Campus enables all teams to enjoy comfortable working conditions. They can now conduct their professional activities in an environment that gives them a greater quality of life at their workplace. In these new premises that represent their culture perfectly, they can organise their working conditions according to their schedule: they can choose a calm place if they need to concentrate, or co-working areas for group discussions.
