During the 27th official presentation of the Groupama-FDJ cycling Team, Marc Madiot, surrounded by nine of his riders, presented the ambitions of his team for the 2023 season: a renewed desire to reach the summits on all types of terrain and events, relying as much on the team's emblematic riders as on a new generation of talent that has arrived straight from La Conti. On the initiative of title partners Groupama and FDJ, a brand-new identity was revealed with the arrival of a new outfit developed with the participation of the riders. With these exciting announcements, Marc Madiot finally stated the high expectations he has for the 2023 class of "La Conti", the best U23 team in the world.

As an institutional investor, Groupama is emphasizing its responsible investment policy and its commitment to the energy transition by joining the Net-Zero Asset Owner Alliance, supported by the United Nations.

On 7 July 2021, Groupama launched its first green subordinated instrument issue for a total amount of €500 million. In accordance with the Groupama Green Bond Framework, the group publishes today its first annual report on the use of the issue proceeds and the most environmental impacts of the underlying projects.

This insurance is distributed by Stock CO2. This operator acts as a link between companies that want to offset their environmental footprint and foresters or farmers seeking financing for their low-carbon projects. By investing in these projects, the companies receive carbon credits. Groupama Forêts Assurances is partnering with Stock CO2 and securing this process by creating insurance for all its afforestation or reforestation projects. Young plantations are covered against several hazards, including dryness and frost.

On May 18th, Groupama and the Réseau Initiative France signed a partnership agreement based on their respective local roots. Their common will: to support the local economy and entrepreneurship.

Due to its passion for cycling, Groupama is committed to both the professionals and the amateurs. For the past two years, Groupama has been supporting amateur road cycling clubs by providing them with complete outfits (jerseys and shorts) for their members. In total, 210 clubs and 6,750 members have already benefited from this support.

On January 12, 2022, Groupama launched its new #BST2.0 program "Being Stronger Together" with a class of 23 participants from around the world and 11 Group entities.

The FAIRe programme, launched by the Union des Marques, supports brands towards more responsible communication. From 2022, the Groupama Group will join the programme on behalf of all its entities.
