"Making savings/pensions the reference savings scheme in France". That is the aim of the savings section of the "PACTE" bill (an action plan for company growth and transformation) put forward by Bruno Le Maire, the French Minister for Economic Affairs. It is completely in line with the Group's creation of the ERE (company savings and pension) academy.

Groupama’s business strategy seeks to highlight the development of ERE by responding to market opportunities and evolving customer needs as well as becoming a reference in the field.

The ERE academy therefore supports and engages all networks in managing the sales of these solutions, by having an excellent knowledge of the products and their environments in order to expand their marketing. There are two objectives behind this project: to provide training on savings/pensions products and to become a reference in matters relating to savings and pensions, for both internal and external networks.

The academy therefore offers innovative and modular training courses. It is made up of classes on site, practical workshops and digital training courses.

The digital module has been a great success ever since it was made available on the networks. Today, 339 people have taken part in the training course, and 82% of them have been certified.
