Group Clients Portal is part of a series of actions intended to modernise Groupama Asfalistiki’s life and health insurance. This online tool is designed for customer companies who have entered into a collective healthcare agreement for their employees. It is intended to simplify basic processes, such as filing a claim and gaining access to information 24/7, but also to improve communication. This portal is accessible on www.groupama.grvia PC or smartphone. Policyholders can find all the necessary information on their contract simply and effectively: personal data, programme guidelines, their claim histories as well as those of their families. In addition, claim documents for certain medical expenses (visits to the doctor, diagnostic tests, medicines, etc.) may be submitted electronically. This means that most applications now only need a few minutes and a smartphone! Furthermore, thanks to this portal, contract administrators may have an updated view of policyholders 24/7, add to and remove them, monitor unpaid amounts and access all necessary documents. At a glance, a simple graphic provides them with an overview of claims. The POC (proof of concept) was drawn up in July 2018 and the portal was officially launched in April 2019. Since then, it has been presented to brokers and customers. It represents a considerable competitive advantage for Groupama Asfalisitki in life and health insurance.
