Leading European insurance group Groupama today announces launch of Groupama Poistovna on the Slovak market, which is a result of acquisition of OTP Garancia and its integration into the structure of the Group, which has its origin in France.

Groupama and Bancaja have signed a ten-year bancassurance agreement, focused on multi-risk home insurance contracts distributed by the Bancaja network, further strengthening a partnership that began in 2001.

Groupama has completed the €72 million transaction giving it 35% of the capital and voting rights of Société Tunisienne d'Assurances et de Réassurances (Star).
