In 2024, Groupama launched a certification program to label its actions and commitments to sustainability, through the Afnor "Committed to CSR" label.
This label, based on the ISO 26000 standard, was awarded to 14 entities of the Group in France: 1 entity at the "exemplary" level and 13 entities at the "confirmed" level - clear recognition of Groupama's positive impact in sustainable development.

Groupama announced the issue on 19 May 2025 of Euro-denominated Fixed Rate subordinated notes due 2035 placed with institutional investors for a principal amount of EUR 500 million. The new notes priced at MS+190, resulting in an annual coupon of 4.375%. The purpose of this transaction was to take advantage of current supportive market conditions to optimize the group's capital structure.

The Groupama Foundation is celebrating its 25th anniversary! To mark the occasion, it has launched the Employee Award, allowing employees to sponsor projects from rare disease associations. Employees have shown great enthusiasm, sponsoring a total of 36 projects! The Foundation's Operational Committee reviewed these projects and selected 4 finalists. Now, Group employees are invited to vote for the project they believe has the greatest impact on the daily lives of sick children.
