Employee training : a major component of the HR approach

Employee training and skills development are also major components of the dynamic HR approach of the Group’scompanies.

In 2024, the Group’s companies in France invested over 1.05 million hours of training (all modes combined) for all employees, representing around 39 hours of training per
employee.

This commitment represents an investment of more than €64 million.

Training programmes are developed for

  • Business Line Support ;
  • Managers ;
  • High potentials and Executives.

GDPR: every employee has a role to play

Groupama has implemented key measures to ensure effective data protection governance, emphasizing the shared responsibility of all employees:

  • Deployment of a training program: An e-learning module reminds staff of GDPR requirements and other applicable personal data regulations.
  • Annual DPO audit system: A yearly control mechanism led by the Data Protection Officer ensures ongoing compliance.
  • Support for regulatory compliance: Teams are guided in aligning data processing activities with legal requirements, including the development of internal documentation and procedures.
  • Targeted GDPR training

Protection of Employees’ Personal Data

The protection of employees’ personal data-particularly in the context of digital processing and GDPR compliance-is fully integrated into Groupama’s General Personal Data Protection Policy.
