Benefitting from the market window and a strong investor's interest, Groupama carried out both an exchange offer and an issue of subordinated notes, highly oversubscribed. The purpose of the operation was to extend the maturity of its liability profile in attractive conditions.

Groupama has launched, via an institutional private placement by way of an accelerated bookbuilding, the sale of up to 6,004,030 Eiffage shares, representing approximately 6.9 per cent of the share capital of the company, i.e. the entirety of its stake in Eiffage.

Groupama announces the successful completion of the private placement to institutional investors of 14,881,016 Société Générale shares, representing approximately 1.9 per cent of the share capital of the company, i.e. its remaining stake in Société Générale.
