Today, data is indispensable to guarantee a personalised and therefore quality customer experience. How can a mutual insurance player collect, manage and protect it? How can Groupama, loyal to its values, set itself apart by developing personalised services that offer real benefits for its members and customers? 300 participants were able to discover the 27 projects put forward by 94 group employees in all metropolitan regional mutuals and five international subsidiaries in the worlds of agriculture, health, claims, savings, mobility, households and employees. Concrete projects showed the Group’s progress and employees’ growing involvement. For Chairman Jean-Yves Dagès, “it is about redoing, reconducting, and on an ongoing basis, training, informing all our employees, our elected representatives of these developments, so they can disseminate them as widely as possible among our members”.
