Groupama Group’s 2025 SFCR

The Groupama Group published its Solvency and Financial Condition Report (SFCR) as at 31 December 2025, in accordance with the company’s regulatory requirements under Solvency II.

This report was approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting on 19 May 2026.
The Group SFCR, together with a translation of its summary, is available on the Groupama Group website (https://www.groupama.com) under the Investors/Financial Publications section (in French and English).

The SFCR is the narrative report intended for the public, required by the Solvency II Directive since 2016. It is produced on an annual basis.
