Deputy Chief Executive Officer - international activities

Catherine Granger-Ponchon, 47, a graduate of HEC and the Institut d’études politiques de Paris (public service), began her career in 2000 at Citigroup European Investment Banking, in the mergers and acquisitions advisory activity for financial institutions. She became director in 2010.

In 2010, she joined the Groupama Group as Director of Mergers and Acquisitions, then in 2012 became Director of Financing, Investments and Mergers & Acquisitions.

In April 2017, she was appointed Director of Finance and Risk at Gan Assurances.

In 2021, she was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Gan Assurances in charge of the Finance and Risk Department and the supervision of the Strategic Programs Department.

Since July 1, 2024, she has held the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of the scope of Groupama Assurances Mutuelles’ international activities.
