Groupama has signed a 3-year partnership, until 2028, with the Tour de France and the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift. This partnership reflects Groupama’s ongoing commitment to professional cycling, which began with the creation of the Groupama-FDJ cycling team in 2018, and has since expanded through its subsidiary Gan Assurances, recently becoming a major partner of the FDJ-SUEZ women’s cycling team.
Groupama is also supporting amateur cyclists, as demonstrated by the ‘Ton Club, Ton Maillot’ initiative, which for the past six years has provided equipment to 700 clubs and more than 17,000 licensed cyclists. Everyday cyclists are also supported, benefiting each year, as winter approaches, from the distribution of high-visibility accessories (reflective armbands and vests, light kits, etc.) to ensure safe riding.
The Tour de France, the world’s most iconic and popular cycling event, showcases the richness of French regions and heritage. By partnering with it, Groupama promotes the values that resonate with the Group’s mutualist model: proximity, solidarity and performance.
