The International Agricultural Show (SIA) started on Saturday, February 22, with the theme 'Agriculture, this French pride!' It will welcome visitors until Sunday, March 2. This year, Groupama is making a strong impression by offering an unprecedented visibility action in collaboration with the French brand Aigle.
A giant boot is installed at the entrance of the exhibition center at Porte de Versailles, marking the starting point of a treasure hunt for visitors to the show.
The concept is simple: the second boot moves around the show. It’s up to you to find where it has been! Footprints are placed on the ground to guide visitors, with the first stop at the Groupama stand.
For those who have the opportunity to visit the show, a contest is being held on social media, with many prizes to be won. You can take a photo in front of the boot and post it with the hashtags #SIA2025 #AVOSBOTTESPRETPARTEZ #GROUPAMA.
This year, the focus is on prevention, with several activities and tips at the Groupama stand:
And the 2025 stand is in the colors of the new brand identity, as you can see in the photos below!

For the 4th year, the Trophée Pro Groupama challenge rewards the initiatives of small, innovative and responsible local businesses. More details here.
On the strength of its mutualist values and its presence throughout France, Groupama encourages the initiatives of small businesses which, through their activities, contribute to local dynamism. Every two years, the Group organizes the “Trophées pro”, a competition that rewards local businesses that stand out for their innovative, sustainable and responsible activities.
Whether or not they are Groupama members, candidates must be professionals with a maximum of 10 employees.
At departmental level, each Groupama federation selects 1 candidate to compete for the Trophée Pro Régional. The 11 regional winners then go on to compete for the Trophée Pro National. 3 winners and a “Coup de Coeur” are selected by a jury made up of members of the Pro Commission (Groupama elected representatives) and stakeholders associated with the competition in the regional mutuals.
An awards ceremony is held in a hybrid format (face-to-face and digital), during which the 4 winners receive their prizes. The winners benefit from visibility campaigns (presence at trade fairs, articles on our Internet, Intranet and Social Media sites, press releases, etc.), which enhance the company’s profile and reputation.
Regional entries are presented to the jury in autumn 2024, and will be posted on the site throughout January 2025. The awards ceremony will take place on January 30, 2025 at 6 p.m., and will be broadcast live via a link. Before and during the ceremony, you can also play to predict the “trifecta” (1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes). Among the correct answers, 10 winners will be drawn to win 2 tickets to the Salon de l’Agriculture 2025 (value €32 incl. VAT). A QR code enabling you to vote will be available mid-January on this page and on our LaVieMutualiste social networks.

Relive the highlights of Groupama at the latest International Agricultural Show.
This year, Groupama focused particularly on topics related to prevention, showcasing all its actions in this field: road safety, health, and prevention efforts specifically aimed at farmers.
Once again, a successful edition that allowed us to meet our members, welcome our representatives and partners, and reaffirm our historic role as the leading insurer in the agricultural world.

The fourth edition has rewarded four innovative, local, and responsible companies. Who are they?
This year again, the 11 finalists, from regional branches, have highlighted innovative and committed projects, promoting ecology, health, waste recovery, and inclusion.
Hosted by Sophie Jovillard, this digital ceremony has, on one hand, highlighted the finalist entrepreneurs and their inspiring journeys, and on the other hand, honored the regional branches, which play a key role for companies in the territories.
And this edition has given us an unprecedented surprise…
The 1st prize was awarded to FiltraLife, a candidate from Groupama Centre Atlantique. Awarded for its major innovation, FiltraLife, founded by Auguste Minot, addresses a vital need: access to drinking water. Thanks to a unique device, any water source can be transformed into drinking water without electricity or chemicals. A real water-lution!
For the first time in the history of the Pro Trophy: 2nd prize tie! An exceptional double victory for Bioteos and Ipsago, rewarding two initiatives carrying common values.
Bioteos, a startup supported by Groupama Nord Est, founded by Romain Dhenin and Romain Baheux, tackles a major issue: air pollution. Through green technology inspired by the oceans, microalgae purify the air in our living and working spaces!
Ipsago, a laureate from Groupama Méditerranée, fights against food waste by offering a healthy and tasty alternative. How? By recovering manufacturing waste, residues, or even neglected fruits and vegetables to transform them into biscuits that are as good for our palate as for the planet!
And in third place, Proxipel, represented by Groupama Rhône-Alpes Auvergne. Proxipel impressed the jury with its concept of waste recovery into wood pellets. An innovation that reduces logistical costs, limits environmental impact, and optimizes the use of local resources. With Proxipel, every resource has potential!
Lastly, the jury’s favorite award went to Cactile. A concept thought up by Jean-Baptiste Landres, via Groupama d’Oc, which tackles the challenges of climate change, especially the dangers related to floods and droughts. Inspired by cacti, its smart tile collects rainwater to store and redistribute it. An eco-friendly solution that could revolutionize rainwater management for urban areas.
With the National Professional Trophy, Groupama is proud to support these small businesses that actively contribute to the dynamics of the territories.
Did you bet on the right winners? The 10 winners of the contest will soon be contacted to receive their tickets for the 2025 International Agriculture Show! Congratulations to the winners, and see you in 2026 for the 5th edition!

Saint Lambert, a Reunionese company founded by Pierre Saint Lambert, stands out for its methods in vanilla cultivation and the creation of derivative products.
Inspired by nature and more particularly by the forest of Saint-Philippe, Saint Lambert has developed innovative technology to offer vanilla an ideal environment: photovoltaic shelters reproducing the atmosphere of tropical undergrowth.
These structures play a double role: they protect the plants while generating electricity. The result? Large-scale production respectful of the environment, with over 26,000 vanilla plants cultivated on 4 hectares, making Saint Lambert the largest vanilla producer in La Réunion.
Beyond its activity, Saint Lambert stands out for its social and environmental commitment, embodying strong values and working for the individual development of its employees and the respect of the Reunionese ecosystem. The company goes even further by opening its doors to the public. Through guided tours and workshops, Saint Lambert shares its know-how while sharing the unique traditions of La Réunion. Every day, it reinvents itself by exploring new plant varieties and perfecting its extraction methods. Every step is based on a desire to combine technology and enhancement of Reunionese heritage.

“When well-being rhymes with respect for the planet” Boulikibio is a Martinican company that produces organic fruits and vegetables, but not only! Originally, the goal was simply to produce organic products, then the founder, David Dondin, quickly understood that market gardening is a very demanding physical activity, and that taking time to relax is a necessity.
That’s how the idea of Boulikibio was born: an agricultural enterprise combined with a spa. “Eat well, eat organic and take time for yourself,” is the whole philosophy of Boulikibio. The concept is based on a very simple operation: 4 days of market gardening (harvesting, markets, maintenance) then 2 days of relaxation and tourist activities.
On the program: body care, scrubs, sauna, stretching, and even fish pedicure, all accompanied by detox juices and snacks made from the farm’s organic products, of course. Group activities also help strengthen social bonds in a serene atmosphere with one watchword: relax! The company works locally with an eco-responsible concept: everything is done on-site, from the wood-heated bath to the short-circuit products, to the dry toilets! It also participates in the social development of its region with interventions in retirement homes.
Boulikibio meets a need for both food and mental independence and allows for a complete escape into nature: total disorientation guaranteed!
The last stop in Aix-en-Provence to discover our final laureate of this 2024 edition, that of Groupama Méditerranée!
Every second, approximately 23 tons of fruits, vegetables, and tubers are wasted around the world.
Faced with this absurdity and environmental urgency, Thibault and Renaud, two friends who were made aware of environmental issues from a young age, decided to take action. Thus, IPSAGO was born, a company committed to combating food waste by offering a healthy, reasoned, environmentally friendly, and gourmet alternative!
With them, nothing is lost, everything is transformed!
Manufacturing scraps, vegetable or “non-calibrated” fruit residues: everything is valued to be transformed into artisanal organic products.
The result? Delicious ranges, from appetizers to cookies. All their products are also designed to meet the needs of numerous dietary regimes: vegan, low in sugar, salt, or saturated fats.
IPSAGO embodies strong values, focusing on ecology and social impact. The company works in a short circuit with local producers and artisans. It also promotes social reintegration within its teams and raises awareness of sustainable food during corporate interventions. Their ambition? To offer products that are as good for the palate as they are for the planet!
So, interested in tasting a sustainable future? Find the Groupama Méditerranée laureate at the digital ceremony of the Groupama National Pro Trophy.

Welcome to the candidates from Groupama Centre Manche, Groupama Rhône Alpes Auvergne, and Groupama Nord-Est! More candidates will be presented to you soon, stay connected!
Madame Moustache (Groupama Centre Manche)
Madame Moustache, the perfect alliance between indulgence, the art of thrifting, and showcasing local artisans. Behind Madame Moustache lies much more than an address: a tea room, thrift store, vintage shop… All in one place! Imagined by Alexine VAILLANT and located in La Ferté-Bernard (72), this innovative concept offers a retro ambiance where you can both savor homemade cuisine prepared with local products and find a vintage treasure. Here, everything is for sale – from the slice of tart to the favorite outfit, and even the plate! Every day, lunches and snacks are cooked on-site to offer a gourmet break in a warm setting. Perfect for relaxing with friends or solo, surrounded by decorative items and clothes for sale. But it doesn’t stop there! The salon also offers various workshops – cooking, ceramics, writing – led by local artisans, showcasing regional know-how.
With fresh, healthy, and seasonal products in a short supply chain, an eco-responsible concept that supports local artisans, Madame Moustache is really worth a visit if you pass through Centre-Manche!
Discover the project in a video by clicking on the image below.
Proxipel (Groupama Rhône-Alpes Auvergne)
Proxipel, the technology that promotes the circular economy. Proxipel is a simple yet revolutionary idea: producing pellets from usually neglected local raw materials. A mobile trailer allows recycling residues produced by an activity into heating pellets (or pellets) directly on site without having to transport them to a factory. The result? Custom production based on the needs and productions of the territories, which reduces logistical costs and optimizes the use of local resources, while minimizing environmental impact.
Proxipel addresses three major challenges: making territories more energy-independent, valorizing unused resources like coffee grounds or wood scraps, and protecting forests by producing energy without cutting trees.
Bioteos (Groupama Nord-Est) Bioteos, the technology that changes the air you breathe. Every year, air pollution kills 7 million people worldwide, and fighting indoor air pollution is just as important, as it is 5 to 7 times more polluted than outdoor air! Founded in 2020 by Romain Dhenin and Romain Baheux, two young engineers from the North, Bioteos tackles this type of pollution by drawing inspiration from the ocean and microalgae. The two engineers developed a patented technology, 70 times more effective than traditional solutions. It comes in two main products:

The professional trophies are back! The awards will be presented during a ceremony broadcast live on January 30th. We invite you to discover 4 projects from Groupama Loire Bretagne, Groupama Centre Atlantique, Groupama Paris Val de Loire, and Groupama D'Oc. Other candidates will be presented soon, stay tuned!
Straight from Saint Malo, ROMANESCO is a family business founded by two brothers, Félix and Basile GAULIER, who took on a major challenge: to lighten the work of market gardeners, both physically and mentally.
It all started in 2017: the difficulties of their market gardener uncle “in his rows of carrots” made them aware of the arduous nature of certain daily tasks. Bending down, getting up… Repetitive movements throughout the day have a considerable impact on health.
The solution they imagined? A motorized bed: the Enjambeur, which allows them to weed… while lying down!
Initially, the Enjambeur was intended for a specific task, but since then it has evolved into an ultra-modular machine that adapts to the various needs of market gardeners. Ergonomically designed with an osteopath, it offers the best possible position and reduces the risks related to muscle disorders. 100% electric, silent, and vibration-free, made in France of course, it is a true assistant for manual work, saving you time to dedicate to other higher value-added tasks…

FiltraLife is a “rev-water-lution!” Gold medal at the Lépine competition 2024, FiltraLife Solution is a company founded by Auguste Minot, in collaboration with his father Paul, specializing in the valorization of surface water.
This innovation allows any water source-rivers, ponds, streams, rainwater, or even borehole water-to be transformed into drinking water without using electricity or chemicals!
How? Through a 100% mechanical and autonomous machine, which relies on a lever and filter system, capable of producing up to 1000 liters of drinking water per hour!
More than 2 billion people worldwide do not have access to drinking water. FiltraLife wants to have a real impact by addressing the needs of communities that need it most: in rural areas of developing countries, but also for individuals, companies, and agricultural operations…
FiltraLife aims to meet a vital need: to build a future where clean and safe water will be accessible to all.
100% Made in France, FiltraLife has based its production in Valence-en-Poitou, Vienne, thus contributing to local employment and the economic development of the Poitou-Charentes region.
Founded more than four years ago by Dora Blasberg, an entrepreneur with an invisible disability, ProAdapt is a startup from Tours, committed to promoting inclusion and health in the workplace, addressing the challenges related to visible and invisible disabilities.
“We work not only with individuals but also with companies to create a healthier and more inclusive work environment. We are convinced that performance is linked to well-being and vice versa!”
The company offers dynamic, participatory interventions that provide employees with tools to take care of their health or accept their disability. Awareness, conferences, workshops, support groups… these tools are designed to improve employee well-being. A happy employee is a major asset for the company’s performance!
Present in the Centre-Val de Loire region, ProAdapt actively participates in local events and collaborates with regional partners. They also organize free awareness events in their territory.
Their motto: to create, together, a more inclusive and caring society.
Cactile, the startup tackling climate change; by turning building roofs into water reservoirs! Groupama D’Oc
Inspired by cacti, the resilient plant par excellence, Cactile is a contraction of cactus and tile. From Occitanie and founded by Jean-Baptiste Landres, it transforms the roofs and facades of buildings to collect, store, and redistribute rainwater. Each equipped building thus becomes a tool to locally reduce the risks of flooding and droughts and better withstand climate changes, all without pumps or energy.
How does it work? While conventional building covers evacuate water, these eco-designed tiles can store water at height, collecting up to 40 liters of water per m² while remaining as light as conventional tiles!
The goal: to offer a sustainable solution for rainwater management for urban areas and their inhabitants.
Beyond its innovative aspect, Cactile embodies the values of solidarity and cooperation: by 2028, the company aims to federate and train local roofers around this sustainable solution.
