Accessibility and help
The European Commission places a great importance on making all online electronic services accessible, and particularly European public websites. Since 1999, France has also been deeply committed to the accessibility of all online electronic services and notably the public websites' accessibility. The obligation of websites accessibility was written in the French law in February 2005. In the same way, BrailleNet Association’s works in Web accessibility since 1997 led to the elaboration of a quality label, “AccessiWeb”, certifiying the accessibility of websites.
